Return & Refund Policy

At Comme Des Garcon UK, we want our customers to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted for purchases made through our website.

By placing an order with our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Returns (U.S. Orders Only)

We accept returns for most merchandise from customers within the United States within 7 days of the delivery date. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Please note that a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for approved returns.

To start a return request, customers must contact our support team at support@commedesgarcon.co.uk. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return label along with further instructions. When submitting your request, please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is prepared, you may drop the package off at your local postal service. All returns are sent back to our warehouse in Virginia, United States. Return shipping times may vary depending on the location from which the item is sent.

Return Processing and Refunds

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing. After the return has been approved, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, and it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

If you receive a refund confirmation email but the funds have not appeared in your account, please allow 2–7 business days for the payment to fully process.

International Returns

We also accept returns for international orders. However, all return shipping fees, customs duties, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To request an international return, please contact support@commedesgarcon.co.uk with your order number and return reason. If your request is approved, our support team will provide further return instructions.

Exchanges (U.S. Orders Only)

Exchanges are available only for size changes of the same product style. If you would like a different product or style, you will need to place a new order.

For eligible exchanges:

  • Exchanges are limited to a different size of the same item
  • No restocking fee applies to exchanges
  • Return shipping fees are not charged for exchanges within the U.S.

International Exchanges

At this time, international exchanges are not available. Customers outside the United States who wish to change an item will need to return the product and place a new order.

Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please first carefully inspect the package and all packing materials. In some cases, items may be shipped separately, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

If the item is still missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide the following information:

  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos of the box and items received
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Your order number

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. If the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, orders cannot usually be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

This includes changes to:

  • Delivery address
  • Shipping method
  • Payment method

If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, you may be able to cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

Sizing Policy

We provide a detailed Size Chart for every product on our website to help customers choose the correct size before placing an order.

Please note the following important conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for confirming their correct size before completing a purchase
  • Returns or refunds are not accepted due to incorrect size selection
  • Product sizing and fitting information is clearly provided on each product page
